We had a neighbor that had barking dogs, early in the am. but no fault to the campground.
We didn't use the bath houses, or other facilities.
Good reliable power, so no issues there.
Reasonably priced with good eminities.
No cable, and I didn't hook up to the internet.

We have been here a week, but plan to stay for the rest of November. The rate is based on the avg. daily rate for 3 adults, on a monthly basis. It would be under $13 a day for 2 adults. W/ E/S
This campground is "past it's prime", the roads are now gravel and the sites packed sand/dirt. However the staff is friendly, and the vibe is laid back. Sites seem to vary in size, due to many large trees thru out park. Most are pull thrus with enough big rig friendly for the traveler who wants easy off / on I 95 .The road noise from the hi way is there, but we are in the middle so not that much. There is a quarry bordering the back of the property. No cable, WiFi not reliable.
Laundry has large new washers, and efficient older dryers. There is a playground, the pool is open in the summer. I'm giving a fourth star for the mellow nature of our fellow campers, and the large pond.

I've read a few tepid reviews, but we decided to give it a try since it was one of the few places, near family during the virus lock downs, that was open and did not cost an arm and a leg. I'm really glad we came here. The new owner (since Aug 2019) is very nice and will help out in any way he can. The park is clean and they seem to be making every effort to keep it well maintained. Some may take issue with the fact that they charge a returnable deposit for a picnic table, but when you have idiots carving their names or using the picnic table for firewood, you have to make some tough decisions.
Electricity is included in the month-to-month so that's a huge savings over some campgrounds. The washers and driers are mid-priced but are more along the lines of commercial size so I consider them well priced, especially since they are fairly recent models. The camp store is closed due to government decree, but the bath house is open and, while older, is in decent shape.
The water pressure is decent and we've had no problems with the other utilities. The campground's layout is a bit tricky the first time, but they make up for that by happily showing you to your spot. Since they are very close to Florence, you've got a ton of services and a couple of nice dog parks within driving distance. The dog park here is clean and the fencing is in good shape, so it's definitely better than many campground dog parks.
Getting to the campground is easy as it's just a bit over 1 mile off the highway on a frontage road that is in pretty decent shape. The sights are gravel covered and after a couple of rains I can say there is does not appear to be a problem with standing water. There are shade and sun shine options, and satellite owners should have a good view of the sky. They have WiFi but the Verizon and AT&T signals are good enough so we don't care about it. A couple of times the hotspot seemed to have some problems during a couple of late night binges, but it might be the hotspot as it's been acting up lately. I've had zero issues with the phone, laptop, or tablet.
There is a bit of traffic noise from the highway, but as I'm writing this, it's low-grade background noise with the occasional loud semi rising above the chirping from the birds. I would expect someone who is sensitive to traffic noise to have problems, but for us it's hardly noticeable.
The pond is nice, provides catch-and-release fishing, and the water fowl are fun to watch. In all, this is a pretty nice campground/area to hunker down for the duration.

We stopped here for two nights. Located at the end of a road near the highway. Noise from highway was low grade and didn't bother us. Staff was very helpful and sweet! We used the pool which was nice. There was a mediocre playground for kids. They had horse shoe pits (didn't use). Campstore/rec hall had very limited supplies. I don't even no what they all had because we weren't in need of supplies. I saw that they had a pool table. No activities. They have a nice pond for catch and release. Beware of geese droppings. They had a few cabins located near the pond. The last night we were there, a big storm came through. Well the water must have disturbed the ants because when we woke there were ants all over. I mean we had a ton. They managed to get in the camper via the water hose, so over the next week at the next campground we were at, we were killing ants. We had to go buy ant spray and traps (not owners fault obviously). But we wound up leaving earlier then expected because of it. Plus side of this campground is it has a lot of nearby things to do. We found a Walmart, nice Farmers Market and 2 miles away was a Buc-ee's! We were so excited, made two trips there during our stay. Overall, it's a was a decent place.

Large pull through spaces. The spaces are sand. You will track a lot of it into your RV. The staff is very helpful.

3.5 stars.
Pros:
- Convenient location: Right off I95, one exit away from Buc-ee's
- Friendly staff: check-in was very smooth and pleasant
- It was quiet despite being right next to the highway
Cons:
- The bathroom was OK but old and shabby. The toilets and showers worked fine but the hot and cold knobs weren't labelled. There was some black stuff dripping down from behind the shower head.
- There are lots of trees but the sites are right next to each other so no privacy from your neighbors
- Some of the residents seemed to be full time

No cable tv offered here.
Very helpful staff. They have a website if you google it but you will need to call to book. Members of Good Sam get a discount here. Nice & quiet & clean. Some wooded areas but ours was up front by the pond. My kids liked their playground; older but nice. The other review wasn't kidding about the ducks. They follow you to see if they can get food BUT they are totally friendly. My 3yo made friends with them easily.
