We went to the clubhouse to play pool. We did not use the pool, laundry room or exercise room; these areas was nice and clean.
We will com back.

We’re hanging out for a month during pandemic. Great place, people and facilities. Most sites seem to have trees which is nice during the summer. New electric pedestal, gravel site with brick patio area.
Close to town and all necessities. The managers are great and very hands on. Well maintained park.

Once you turn on Timmie Lane, the entrance is the second one. The first one is an exit. It is a bit tight getting in the entrance but doable. A staff member guides you to your site, and our guy was very friendly. The paved interior roads are narrow and two way. Not sure what you do if you meet someone head on. The sites are gravel/grass and are fairly level. Our site was long enough for the MH and tow. It’s kind of cozy with neighbors nearby. It is quiet at night, and we were able to sleep with the windows open. The free WII FI is slow with occasional bursts of speed. Verizon was 4g 1-2 bars and our hot spot was slow. So internet connectivity is challenging. There is no satellite coverage due to many trees but there is OTA. We didn’t use the cable because we didn’t feel like hooking up the box they provide. Tons of fireflies at night in the trees behind us. There are some good hikes in the area and, it’s about a 30 minutes drive to Asheville.

Park entrance is hidden by bushes and very steep.
We maxed out our side to side leveling wedges. Front to back we could have stayed hitched, except for a trip for gas and groceries.
Sites are tight.
Free WiFi and cable TV.

This is a full time trailer park with few RV sites . NOT what we expected. Tight quarters w/too many park rules, made it hard to relax & having fun was out of the question! Plans changed along with the weather, so we stayed 1 out of 10 nights. Friendly staff, but not willing to offer refund . Definitely NOT returning

It’s a nice 55+ RV resort but at 67 dollars a night you can do better. I did not inquire about weekly or monthly. The gym is dated as well as the bathroom facilities but in good working order. Good Verizon cell svc and they have free basic WiFi a plus with the option to pay for streaming speeds which we didn’t do. Everyone is very nice.
