Tides Motel of Falmouth

Built in the 1950s, originally named “The Tides Hotel & Beach,” this landmark has survived through Nor’Easters and Hurricanes. In the late 60′s, The Tides changed owners and it’s been a part of the Mullen family ever since. Tides Motel of Falmouth offers twenty-nine rooms. Twenty-one are oceanside rooms and eight are harborside rooms. All accommodations have two double beds and cable TV. Twenty rooms are equipped with refrigerator, range or microwave, and service for four. We also offer a two-room suite with kitchenette and accommodations for six. All rooms are just steps away from our own private beach.
