The Christ of the Ozarks statue is a monumental sculpture of Jesus located near Eureka Springs, Arkansas, atop Magnetic Mountain. It was erected in 1966 as a "Sacred Project" by Gerald L. K. Smith and it stands 65.5 feet (20 meters) high.
Well maintained area. The holy land tour would be a neat thing to do if we had time.
It is indeed a huge Jesus. The gravesites of the founder and his wife was interesting. Good clean restrooms.
Also an amazing piece of the Berlin Wall in the same location. Pretty awe inspiring!
