Flat gravel sites. Clean showers and nice and hot, although we were not told where they were located. No password was offered for the WiFi and when we went to the office, no one came to assist. We paid for full hookup but the site the person sent us to didnt have a dump site so we went were we wanted as the park was empty. They were quite rude to our children who rang them from Australia, very concerned, as they couldnt reach us via phone or internet. Very insensitive. I would not stay here again due to this fact :( No wonder your park was empty, no customer service

The wife and I have stay in the cozy cabins (Love Shacks!) twice now and loved it both times!
The accomodations are clean, comfortable, quiet and had all the ammenities we needed.
The price is affordable and other places seemed to charge more, for less.
The Green Tree Lodge & RV Park is just moments from everything you want to experience in Eureka Springs!
The owners (Lori & Lawrence) are super friendly and will do just about anything they can to make your stay happy and comfortable.
Had great evenings visiting with everyone around the firepit in the evenings.
Highly recommend and will DEFINITELY return!

This park is a great location for exploring Eureka Springs. The trolley stops right at the entrance of the park, which is super convenient, since parking is limited and $$ in-town. This is a very small park, but we were able to navigate around the park just fine, and the pull-through sites will accommodate a big rig. Unfortunately, the pool and other common amenities were closed due to COVID restrictions. However, we were greeted upon arrival and the host made sure we were all set with our site. There are fire rings and fire wood available, and evenings are quiet. www.ourepicfieldtrip.com

Upon arrival (after hours) we were greeted by a very nice man who offered to help if needed.
The next morning we met another very nice woman who let us feed the gold fish as she filled us in on a bit of local history.
Park is clean, and more than enough room to get around.

We just needed a place for one night while we strolled the town and you probably couldn’t do better than this place for the price. We called for same day reservation and the owner said that while they were closing for the season, we could just come in, pick a site, and no, don’t bother with a credit card now, we will just meet up later. That is a long-lost America!! It was small but cozy and I am sure in season (and in a world without COVID), it is very nice. Look for the back in sites around the perimeter, they are very, very green and shaded. I did love the batch of black eyed Susans growing at our site.

We booked this location because the local public campgrounds were full. Spaces are close to each other. Picnic table and fire ring are missing at out site. We prefer public campgrounds to private parks like this. They are cheaper and nicer.

Got here to a pull through site and had to be strategic about parking where I wasn’t hanging out and the power cord reached as well as leaving room to park my truck next to my camper. Ended up having to park my truck away from my site.
The location is nice, all the utilities worked great even the wifi although it was really slow later at night when more people were using it. We ended up hotspotting off our phone. Nice people and check in was easy. We were here during late fall so the pool was closed as expected.
