The Dubuque Museum of Art’s permanent collection focuses on 20th century American art with an emphasis on American Regionalism. The Museum’s priority is to collect and exhibit works by regional artists recognized at the national, regional, and local levels. The collection includes significant works by Grant Wood, Edward S. Curtis, and John Vachon. Local artists represented in the collection include Francesco Licciardi, Dorothy Rossiter, Mauricio Lasansky, and Arthur Geisert.
