Confirmed by 6 users | Last reported on August 12, 2023Spots are not well defined. The grass has grown through the gravel so you are not sure if you are parking on an “approved” site or not. On the other hand - who cares. I think it was pretty free-form. If we understood the sign correctly it was $10 if you didn’t use electricity or $35 if you did. A rodeo next to the campground was going to happen the next day so a lot of horse trailers came into the rodeo grounds next door. No problem. Enjoy the small town atmosphere! Yes we liked it.

Nice little city park hidden just off highway. Most sites dry camping a few with electricity. First come first served system. Some trees not much noise except train tracks not far away. Small creek. Really a pleasant little place to stay.

The strength of this place is that it is close to the highway and there is a lot of space for trailers. Most of the sites are in an open field but there are a few places under trees. There is a pit toilet but no sink. I don't know if there is water, I didn't try to find any. We pulled in around 9pm and left around 8. I think we stopped and got gas but otherwise didn't spend any time in the town, which we'd hoped to do. You can't beat free but this place did need to be cleaned up. The trash cans were overflowing and trash was strewn around the cans.

I got here about 3:00 p.m. on Saturday and there was only one other RV here there are multiple sites with power and water as well as pit toilets super clean right next to the river right by the amenities a little town you can get ice and whatever you need gas people were lovely has a great playground if you have kids with a merry-go-round in a jungle gym and a swing set. I was absolutely overall impressed with this place though you need to bring cash cuz there's no way to pay online

There is basically nothing signage or anything to designate what a site would be. Access in is a little wonky but we made it in a 40' motorhome pulling a jeep... till we tried to find a site. The road in the park is pottholed like the moon's surface.
Supposedly, there are three sites with power. I saw four electrical boxes although one may only be 15A plugs for Christmas lights.
Don't try to park down by the river, there is actually a sign that says no overnight parking.
Trash cans were full. There was water available by what looks like a dump station BUT is locked with two very different locks.
ATT was so fast at 23b down, 52.up we didn't bother testing anything else.

There is nothing special about this campground, except that it is an easy place to spend the night off the freeway.
You can hear a passing train. But all was quiet during the night.
We paid for electricity since it was 34° at night.
Only one other camper, in a tent. He left early.
There is a simple playground for kids.
Pit toilet and cold water, but no water hookup.
