Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on September 16, 2023This was a difficult site to book. It did not exist on Campendium until I added it. They have no website. There is an office but it was closed when I arrived (5:30 pm in the middle of Covid). We booked by filling out an envelope and dropping the envelope with cash into a drop box. This process was easy. There are many sites that are available. Most sites are full hookups. Cell signal is excellent and the HD antenna brings in 2 networks. The sites are gravel but quite level (I did not even unhook). The area is behind a closed gas station and is in poor shape. It is good for an overnight. There are no amenities for children. It is close to Austin and the Spam Museum. It seems that most of the nearby RV parks have no website so it is a crapshoot if you can get a site. This one is passable at best.

No frills, full hook up camping, one mile from the interstate. If you just need one night stay while traveling on 90 this is a great spot. Not to camp, just to get a good nights sleep and off again for $30.

Host was super friendly on the phone but no contact, just drop cash into a slot. A dog charged at me while I was dropping the money in the slot. This campground is located in back of a business that has junk all over. If they added a fence it might make this a better spot. Kids next door drove 4 wheelers up and down the road. The bathrooms are in a trailer which we didn't need to use. It was in a very convenient location off the interstate for our 1 night passing through. Site was large enough that we could keep our truck hooked up for an early departure. Picture says it all.

Just pick a spot, drop your money in an envelope at the door and you are set. Full hook-ups. This is a simple place - keep in mind there is literally nothing to do (not even restaurants)- so if you have kids - make sure you can keep them entertained :)
level spots, clean campground. didn't even need to unhook our tow vehicle. surrounded by farm fields - super quiet.

This was perfect for us. We are often looking for a place to just plug-in and sleep. Located right off I-90 behind a gas station. We drove in without a reservation in the early evening and up to the main building. There were instructions for self-checkin. You complete the form after picking out our own site and put $35 cash in the envelope and drop it through the mail slot in the door. Full hook-ups. No amenities but we didn’t need anything except a safe place to sleep. For us, this was a perfect, inexpensive option and in the morning we filled up at the gas station and heading off
