This is a hidden gem. I spent about 2 1/2 hours here wandering the paths that lead to many garden types. The outside gardens were beautiful as were the house plants.

The Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden is beautiful and definitely worth a visit. We think a stop here is one of the best things you can do in Des Moines.
