Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on September 02, 2021We were looking for a campground close to Green Bay and this one also had Passport America so that fit the bill. We did stay weekday and weekend so we did not get PA discount the whole time, but still a good deal.
We were able to get to Bay Beach in 25 minutes and to Lambeau Field in about 15 (not on a gameday) so the location is amazing. There are some wineries nearby (we went to LedgeStone which was great) and breweries in Green Bay. When you exit the highway, the entry turn is RIGHT next to the sign, so don't miss it like we did.
There were so many activities and the kids had a great time. Stocked fishing pond, a pool that was ACTUALLY heated, playground, basketball, etc.
Bathrooms were adequate - showers were coin operated but it was $0.25 for 3 minutes, so just $0.50 or so per shower was not too bad. The discount on the site was worth it. We showered some in there to save on the tanks with no sewer but eventually used the RV also.
The laundry was fair, but half the machines were out of order, so scheduling was needed.
The office had a nice shop in it with a lot of options as well as a small arcade for kids (half the games were out of order). The would play a movie on the big screen for kids most early evenings so that was a nice touch as well. Had some basic snacks and ice cream too.
The size of the sites were not huge (width-wise) but they worked even okay for our big rig. Saw a lot of popups and tents. 50 amp power if you need it.
Overall - we would stay here again for sure, just prepare with dumping tanks first and have some quarters if you want to shower there.
GO PACK GO!!!

We stayed here as an overnight on a long trip. The campsites are very narrow and close together. So close that if the camper next to us had slides they would have been in our campsite. The section we were in is really only suitable for small campers yet they put people in big 5th wheels and such in here. The camper behind us ended up being about 3 feet off our bumper. Our section was right next to a very busy county highway so was pretty noisy with all of the truck traffic. Our electric connection quit working at about 11pm. Just up and died which makes me wonder about the quality of their electrical system. When we reported it was as if they didn't believe it and had us plug our camper back in so they could see for themselves. In retrospect this was a risky thing to do. There was also no apology from staff for our lack of service. The bath house and pool area are however clean and well maintained. The showers are coin operated which annoys me when I've paid $40 dollars for a pretty miserable experience.

We needed a space for one night, and ended up staying here. I will begin with the positive, and the reason for the two stars. The private showers (25 cents for 3 minutes) were warm, with good pressure. The people in the office greeted us warmly and were very friendly throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, these positives are not enough to bring us back again. The spaces were very crowded and small, with our slide extending into the campsite next to ours. It seemed like there were a lot of seasonal people here, with lots of children. I am sure the kids all have a ball, with a pool, play area and many other children to play with. At night there were many campfires, and in such crowded conditions, it didn’t take long for the air to become smoky. There was also a sewer smell present all of the time.
We stayed here in a 25 ft Class C.

We were going to stay for 5 days and we even pulled into a tight and difficult spot, but then decided to leave. It's a very crowded campground with a persistent sewage and manure smell all over it. Very unpleasant. When we arrived all the showers/bathrooms were dirty and all the trash bins were overflowing, also the number of facilities is inadequate for the number of campers and pretty far away to reach. I had to walk to the shower twice because I didn't know I needed quarters and when I went back the second time and got undressed and ready, I was not pleased when I inserted the money and no water came out!
$40 a night?? Places like this lower the standards for everybody else. We shouldn't accept such treatment.

So close to highway you can hear the traffic all night. There was a picnic table but very old and weathered. The playground look good but we were not traveling with kids. There was a pool. It we did not check it out. The bathroom was clean but you have to pay for shower. .25-3 minutes. They need more dumpsters as the two they had were over flowing.

rolled into apple creek at 5:30 (office closes at 6:30) and was able to book a tent space for our camper van. we are travelling in a 2014 honda odyssey so don’t need any hook ups, just water. with the passport america discount we got 50% off, which i’m glad for, because i would not value this campground higher than ~$20.
upon reading other reviews we specifically asked for a site that was furthest away from the interstate to avoid the noise. site 10 was facing the county road, but we did not experience disruption from that. additionally, we were positioned very close to a pond with a fountain that provided pleasant background noise. the bathrooms were a short walk, and though we only saw the convenu ce store/office/rec area briefly, it looked to be well stocked.
facilities looked clean enough although we didn’t use the showers, which were 25 cents for 3 minutes at a time. the campsites had almost no privacy between spaces, the trees had been clear cut and were only present on borders of the campground. we were about 15 ft from our neighbour, so if you are looking for little to no human interaction this is not the place for you.
though we are not travelling with children, this campground looked very family friendly. it was quiet on a wednesday evening and overall satisfied our needs.

Very small sites, crowded together. Way too many campers, people and vehicles in too small of an area. Very noisy party environment. Highway noise all night. Park not very well maintained and not very clean.

You’ll enjoy your stay as long as you know what to expect before hand. There is no privacy between sites BUT there’s lots of kids activities to keep them entertained including a stocked pond, pool and playground area. Our kids caught several small fish within 2 hrs of fishing.
There’s a lot of local campers in this campground - prob bc it’s so close to many cities. It was very busy and felt like a lot of people packed into too small an area. We only stayed one night in site A-3, and it was fine as it backed up to some woods. Im glad we didn’t have one of the spots across from the dump station.
We had an issue with the 30 amp outlet so we used our 50 amp cord to plug in. I was told that most sites have both 30 & 50 amp so that worked out good for us.

We stayed in a motorhome on one of their hill sites. The gravel site was almost level. The street noise was significant and the traffic was all night long. However, their WiFi was excellent. There was plenty of room between sites.
