“A local landmark for 15 years”
The house that is known as Cedar House Inn has been a local landmark for over 15 years due to its location and rustic character. The two-story cedar structure features a passive solar design with stain glass windows and a rock front porch. When you arrive settle into one of our two cozy rooms with knotty white pine walls, queen size beds, private baths, and private entrances opening onto quiet patios. Or snuggle together year round in front of the simulated wood fireplaceYurt in the woods in the large second floor suite. Or if you are the adventurous type and really enjoy the outdoors choose one of our two yurts (tent-like structures) where queen size beds and simulated wood stoves offer a "glamping" experience.
This place was awesome! It was our first experience at a B&B, we were a little nervous and didn't know what to expect, but Fred and Mary Beth were so warm and inviting we felt right at home. We stayed in one of the Yurts which was very spacious and beautifully decorated. it was a cool experience. Mary Beth is also an awesome cool, ask for the french toast it was to die for! We also enjoyed how eco friendly they are and would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes friendly people, good food, eco-friendly getaways, and unique experiences.
