Bitter Esters Brewhouse is a small brewery and restaurant in the southern Black Hills. We make handcrafted ales at a mile high from the finest Black Hills water, malted barley, and fresh hops. The beer we brew is the beer we drink! We brew mostly session ales of British and Belgian flare. Our head brewer, Landon, has an incredible passion for craft beers and loves to answer questions about anything in the realm of handcrafted beverages.  Our owners pride themselves in serving only the finest South Dakota beef and bison, raised in Northwest South Dakota at the Catron Ranch. We make all of our food fresh every day from scratch! We select the finest and freshest ingredients to put together all of our own sauces, appetizers, and we even had our bison hot dogs made by a local artisan sausage maker. What we are trying to say is that we take pride in what we sell!
