Meramec Valley Camp Resort

We had trouble getting level and should have asked for a different site, as there were several available. Park is older and has many (400) sites. Some are exclusive to members. Pools and a fishing pond when he we did not use. Water, electric and sewer all worked as expected. Tables were wooden and old and needed to be replaced.
Would like to come back at another time and spend more time.

PA discount for two days. Our site was a bit unlevel from side to side so stairs were really high. Sites were plenty wide for slides and are gravel/rock. Sites have fire pits that haven’t been cleaned in awhile and picnic tables. This place is huge with large lake for fishing, large playground, pool area and mini golf. Laundry rather small but they are working on it. Laundry is $1 for wash and dry.

Park is about 20 minutes from caverns. Town of Cuba is cute with fast food, restaurants and grocery stores as well as smallest Walmart we’ve seen.

WiFi is in office. No antenna channels and no cable. Satellite took awhile to get, most probably can’t get.

Stayed for one night at a lovely site. Military discount offered & two great swimming pools, a lake for fishing and beautiful trees throughout. Site manager was friendly, helpful, and escorted us to our site. Would stay again!
