“Start your day right here”
The Good Harvest Cafe was founded in 1993 with the intention of creating not only a family business but also providing a much needed service to the community; that service being a well-researched approach to your health through whole foods used in our tasty recipes. At The Good Harvest Cafe, we have eliminated all unhealthy cooking oils. We use no trans-fats, tropical or hydrogenated oils or margarines. Although much more expensive to use, we only cook with olive oil, vegetable oil, 100% rice bran oil and real butter. Rice bran oil actually removes LDL cholesterol, is half the calories of other oils, and has no artificial ingredients.
