Fire ring and table at each site. No WiFi or satellite so enjoy nature. Close to marinas and hiking. Owners are pleasant and will attempt to get you whatever you want. $3.00 per bag of garbage. $5.00 per pet per day.

We only stayed here two nights for a quick trip into Voyageurs National Park. If I would have known AT&T would have been so fast and reliable, we would have easily stayed here a week to work. The campground is clean. The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were greeted happily when we arrived and directed to our spot which was a spacious, level gravel pad with a well maintained picnic table and fire ring. We had a lot of privacy with the trees surrounding the site. The easements were freshly mowed. You can tell the owners take pride in the appearance of the park.
This is a fantastic place to stay if visiting Voyageurs National Park and the other surrounding attractions, such as Vermillion Falls. We would absolutely stay here again.

As soon as we arrived, we saw chipmunks at ease and munching away at their snacks.
Our site at Headquarters RV Park in Crane Lake, Minnesota was so quiet and peaceful. It was a nice sized site with full hook ups and lots of trees.
There is a small playground in the middle of the campsite amongst the trees for the kiddos.
We soon realized the best way to enjoy the area was with either a canoe or a kayak. We asked the owner if she could recommend a company to use for rentals and she mentioned Andersons. The owner was so sweet and helpful too. We would love to camp there again.

We stayed here to explore Voyaguers. Note: visitor centers are 1 hour to an 1.5 hours away.
Crane Lake is 10 minutes up the road with boat rentals and a nice restaurant with a deck looking onto the Lake.
This was a neat, quiet small campground with full hook-ups (no showers and only one portable john but it was the cleanest I’ve ever been in)
Hosts very friendly and helpful.
Note: if you want a fishing guide or boat tour, you need to book a couple months in advance.

Very convenient to Voyageurs National Park. Small park that was nicely designed by owners. They put a lot of thought into the layout of the park. There are no sewer hook-ups or bathrooms, so you must be self-contained. Owners were very friendly and provided good recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Would love to return again when we are in this neck of the woods.
