European Chocolates - Hand Crafted in the US At Schmidt’s Fudge Haus, we only offer the finest fudge and chocolates. Our fudge is cooked slowly with an old-fashion process that makes the creamy and smooth flavor last longer than normal fudge. Our fudge and chocolates are made with the finest ingredients: rich Belgian chocolate, roasted pecans, walnuts, and almonds, creamy caramel, smooth peanut butter and fluffy marshmallows.
