I would have given it 5 Stars if it had cell service. But that is really the only drawback. This was one of our favorite boondocking sites yet. We launched our kayaks right from our site and paddled the beautiful streams and ponds at sunset. It's an amazing location right off Highway 200 and the town of Clark Fork Idaho. It's about 10 minutes from town. There are three spots that we saw, two down by the river that can accommodate small-to-midsize RVs, and one by the parking area that could accommodate a larger one if no one is parked there. The site we took by the river could accommodate anything under 30 feet probably, and was nice and level. It was also shaded, which was nice to beat the heat of August. This area also serves as a boat launch and can get busy with boats launching and cars parking. Access is good, a few miles down a nice gravel road. It was clean and beautiful, and we had Verizon and ATT cell just up the road but not at our site.

We went to this place yesterday hoping to find a campsite. They've put out boulders to block the campsites and there was a city worker there who told us they had closed the area to campers. It's just a day-use parking area now.
