We are glad you stopped by for a visit. Since 1811 The Buckhorn Inn has been offering its unique and warm hospitality to guests. Located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley and backed up to the George Washington National Forest, The Buckhorn Inn is uniquely and ideally situated to see the many attractions of the Shenandoah Valley or simply get away from it all.  You may be coming for the many historical facets of the valley such as Civil War sites or antiquing; or coming to enjoy Virginia’s burgeoning wineries.  Perhaps you like outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, or bird watching; or maybe you need a quiet place to just sit on the porch, read a book and watch the hummingbirds.  Come and see for yourself our own little piece of heaven on earth. We have children of our own and love hosting families of all ages.  We particularly enjoy having multi-family groups stay with us.
