Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on July 20, 2022We stayed three nights at this spot. ATT coverage was 2 bars of LTE, GCI coverage was a little more sparse. Rather quiet during the week, this area gets busy with weekend atv traffic that connects with the Chickaloon trail system. There are several sites on each side of the river with excellent views. Its really a gravel bar area that you can see where people have camped previously rather than defined sites.

Stayed overnight as did several others on this side and the other side of the bridge. Backed up our 40' 5th wheel and my cousin's 40' motorhome next to the river, which was running swiftly. I tried fishing but didn't catch anything, whether that was due to my ineptness or the water was running too fast or there weren't any fish. Verizon LTE 4 bars. Big rigs stay to the left, if you go right and go down the narrow road it sort of dips and you may have clearance problems. Noisy during the day with the vehicles going over the bridge but quiet at night. Of course there's always the sounds of the river.

Lovely spot right on the river. Beautiful views, Very rocky but doable if you drive slow. Easy access to Palmer/Wasilla and Anchorage. No amenities, some rock fire rings.

I had no problems taking our 31 ft class A down on the east side of the bridge just go slow I was able to back right in next to the river. It is a little noisy dire the day with traffic going over bridge but quits right down at night. I had full GCI bars I don’t know about Att or Verizon.

This is a gravel area just off the highway. It's popular with the 4 wheelers who use it as a jumping off place to go to a lake about six miles up Kings River. It's a first come first serve kind of place. We camped next to the river. You will hear traffic from the road that is very close but it was not real bad. If you are north bound the turn in is on your right just before the bridge.

We stayed on the North side across the road. Lots of rain was falling so wasn’t comfortable around the river. And got lucky, we stayed parked on the asphalt. Looks to be an old road bed. We were nose high and a bit shaky but with the weather forecast of flash flooding we were safe. Stayed in a 38’ 5th wheel. Lots of trees/woods between us and the roadway. Pretty quiet in the day, very quiet at night
