“Aged Beer and Fresh Sausage”
Chicago's premiere contemporary Bavarian restaurant and beer hall. The Radler is rustic and modern Bavarian cuisine using locally sourced meat and produce served in a communal and social atmosphere. Our relaxed menu features hand crafted local and imported beers alongside Chicago's first aged beer program. Thanks to an old beer ad uncovered on a brick wall during construction and the three oversize grandfather clocks backing the bar, this 3,000-square-foot, two- month-old German beer hall manages to feel like a friendly standby. Put away a meaty Thuringer sausage slathered in spicy mustard and a cocktail with rye and caraway liqueur, and you’ll forget how long you’ve been there, too. The Radler raised $28,927 from 187 backers in Kickstarter. Check it out here!
