In the kitchen we do things a bit differently than everyone else. Our head chef Damian Ambs takes your everyday bar food and puts his own exciting spin on it creating fresh, innovative, and delicious dishes that everyone can enjoy. His relationships with local farmers, bakers, and other purveyors give him access to freshest seasonal ingredients available, which put this char bar on a whole different level. Enjoy killer local grass fed beef burgers from Hill Creek Farms, a sweet selection of tacos, and an amazing array of tasty bar snacks and apps. Our huge list of craft beers, solid selection of quality wines, and jumbo cocktails will have you relaxed in no time. While we have your attention, a few things we think you may want to know...Triangle is a culture built around a few principles that drive its very existence. We try hard to do things a little differently, a unique spin if you will. First, we believe to be a great restaurant, you need to have great food. We source as much of our food locally as possible. We use beef from cattle herds that are raised exclusively on South Carolina grass pasture. These yummy cows come from McCutchen Farms in Kingstree and Hill Creek Farms in Darlington. Also, as a service to our guests, we are a drop site for a local farm's CSA program...Hudson Family Farm in Rowesville is also one of our sources for local produce.
