You can easily spend a full day at Magnolia Plantation - prices, while a bit steep, are structured to allow you to explore the grounds first and add additional tours later as you wish. Large tour groups can easily overwhelm parts of the tour, so be prepared to be a little flexible in the order in which you see things. Early mornings are best before the heat, and the grounds can be quite spectacular.
