“circa-1777 Georgian colonial”
The Eastman Inn bed and breakfast is a Georgian colonial built in 1777 which has operated as an Inn since the early 1900s. Today the Eastman Inn offers elegant lodging in fourteen guest rooms, some with fireplaces, whirlpool & claw foot tubs, antiques, sitting areas and balconies. Full gourmet breakfast is served with the menu changing daily. Experience views of the Moat Mountains from the parlor or wrap-around porch of the Eastman Inn. Arthur, Sherry or Bekky will greet you with a smile and a warm "Welcome to the Eastman Inn" at the front door upon your arrival. We promise to have fresh coffee, tea and cookies availible during check-in. You will be given a brief tour of the ground floor common areas and given a choice of breakfast timings. If you have questions about where to dine, we will help with that also, we keep a basket of menus from local restaurants and brochures on outdoot activities. Each morning at the Inn you will be treated to a completely new breakfast experience. Our breakfasts were featured in "Inns Magazine" in 2008. Our menu alternates between a sweet surprise or a savory treat. No one goes home hungry, in fact our biggest complaint is that our breakfast fills you up for most of the day! Wake up to fresh coffee brewing, come down early for a cup and greet the day on the porch as you await your morning feast at either the 8:30 or 9:30 seating.
