“worth its weight in... well, you get the idea”
Casey State Bank's contribution to the Big Things in A Small Town movement is this massive wooden coin. With a radius of 13 feet and a weight of 3280 pounds, it somehow falls short of a "World's Largest" title but it's still a nice little tribute to the movement.
I agree with some of the other reviewers. Don't let this one convince you to NOT go into the town and see the others! There are so many interesting "world's largest" items in town that are much much more interesting than this one.
Some of the other "World's Largest" in town are neater than this one. It's just basically advertising for the bank. It's right beside a McDonalds. The neatest part about it is the back has all of the large attractions in Casey on it.
It was very beautiful and well kept, but essentially it's just the sign in the lawn for the bank. If you're pressed for time go downtown and Check out the mailbox, rocking chair and chime.
If you're in a hurry head into town and check out the windchime, the mailbox and the chair, those are the coolest ones!
