“find a gem among the rocks”
An original mine. Birthplace of the world’s largest blue star sapphires – “The Star of the Carolinas” and “The Southern Star” were found in the Pressley Mine. Our mine contains abundant quantities of sapphires and other precious minerals in sufficient quantity to make rock collecting both pleasurable and profitable.

We went on a Saturday and no one that worked there was there. Luckily, some folks who had been there all day showed us the ropes. The gentleman said he was charged $20 a person and if I had known this was the price I would not have made the trip. We hightailed it after that point.
It's a real mine an it is now open 6 days a week 9to5 so yall need to come an check this mine out its so pretty here an the sapphires are big
