Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on August 14, 2022Came with our remolded camper, I called and sent pictures, was told that I was welcome and they were excited to see the inside! Pulled up and the owner said they had a 10 year old rule and that our camper didn't look like the pictures. She was so rude! Got to our site, went to hook up to electric, it didn't work, went to tell the owner, she said it was probably our camper, actually not, we plugged into the empty site next to us and it works perfectly. We were told her husband takes care of that and he was working. We are going to have a good time in spite of the way we were treated! We won't be back and I will be letting my friends know not to come here. This is only our 2nd time camping, we were told camping was full of down to earth friendly people, wouldn't say that about this campsite.

Campground is well kept. Lots of activities for the kids. Bait shop has a a small store and the staff were all very nice. Loved the fishing! Will certainly book here again!

Was my first time coming to this campground and we will certainly come back multiple times again. Very nice campground kept extremely clean very pretty lake with campsites backed right up to it to easily fish near your camper. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anyone passing by this area

We spent a week (Friday to Friday) at “Off the Hook” and I must say it was SO pleasant. The place was quite full over the weekend, but it was still serene and nice. The campers absolutely honored the quiet hours, and no one had to be “policed” to do so. We were visiting our grandkids in Dayton, so this was a great place for them to come to “Grandma & Grandpa’s house” for paddle boating and campfire hot dogs! I appreciated that they had life jackets for free usage and paddles for the canoe you could check out. No reservations necessary. If the boats aren’t in use, they are yours to enjoy.
Showers, laundry, day room with indoor games, as well as a playground, volleyball, frisbee golf and swimming. Free catch and release fishing as well.
At this time, the satellite images of the park aren’t accurate, so I will add some photos that may help (our site with the red jeep was water + electric only, and I think the best site in the whole place!).
All sites had good access for their type (back-in, pull through). Also sites can be either next to the lake or not, and the park offers sites with varying levels of service (water, electric, sewer) which is reflected in the price.
We will definitely come back!
