Wooded park is basic, no frills, and at least the site I was in (48) was poorly maintained. Campground was on the small side with mainly long term campers so pretty quiet overall. There are no amenities whatsoever and no bath house, but you do have immediate access to Lake Fontana as there is a marina on site. Full hookups with 30/50 (which costs $5/day extra). Sites are all back in, level, but around the loop are very narrow so you might want to stay away from that area unless you want your picnic table right next to your neighbors sewer hose . Pretty cheap though so if you’re looking for proximity to the lake and Bryson City you could do worse. Super friendly staff.
