Wild Rivers Motor Lodge

Large Rooms. 1970's decor and clean. I was grateful for a clean place to sleep. The mattress was an old box spring that did squeak, but it was comfortable and we all slept well. The a/c did not work will but the weather was cool enough to open the window and let it air out before we went to sleep.

Spacious, clean rooms featuring Microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, coffeemaker, WIFI, HBO & expanded basic cable. 17 newly renovated rooms in fall of 2009 and 13 new 'premium' rooms built in 2004. Pets allowed in some rooms w/fee. Rated #2 in Brookings on www.tripadvisor.com. Three upstairs rooms have distant ocean view. Located next to downtown, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. New owners since September 2007.
