September 18th, 2015: Rver reports that Overnight RV Parking is allowed. City Clerk confirmed permission not required. Park on gravel shoulder of South St (on S edge of park) or Wilbur Ave (on W side of park); don't obstruct traffic movement in any way. Level, lighted but not brightly.
