Very nice campground with showers and laundry on site. Quiet and peaceful the staff was super friendly. Our only complaint is site #179 is very unlevel after an hour of trying to level the trailer my husband had to put blocks under the right side tires of our 5th wheel.

Very nice park.
Showers need updated, but they have hot water. The pressure wasn't great.
It is close to everything.
Our site was level and big. We really liked it for the first half hour. THEN, the people started coming!!!!! There was a non-stop entourage of people right through our site cutting through to a path below the hill behind our trailer. It is actually a small wash which looks like a path and is filled with large rocks. Not an easy path to climb down or up. We never did. We went around like you're supposed to. The way to the path takes within arm's reach of our picnic table and people were stopping to see what we made for dinner. Some were sneaking peeks into our camper. Just rude!!!! The park needs to put up a sign or something to keep people out. This really ruined our stay.
Other than that, there was a nice, paved bike path. It starts at the Marina and ends at the Damn.
Lots to see and do in the area.
I would stay again...... BUT...... not this site and I heard someone else say they had the same problem. So be choosy about your site.
Poor internet. Was able to use my hotspot on a very rare occasion.

This MO State Park has two campgrounds. We stayed in Campground #2, which had some FHU sites, some electric only and some basic. The state marina was a short walk away (1/4 mile?) and had a store with camping supplies/ice/snacks/etc. The marina also rented several different sized motor boats, canoes and kayaks. The FHU site we occupied was concrete and had 50A service. Note that check in upon arrival at some other MO State Parks was completed by Camp Hosts. At Table Rock, which is larger than most, check in is performed at the office. We were able to get some OTA television channels and a cell signal.

Poorly marked, no instruction or signage to register, C/G one seems disorganized and hard to tell what is available and for how long. If a walkin, you have to locate site that MIGHT be available, find the unmarked Ranger Office and find that selected site may or may not be available. Sites are close together, no views and like most SP tend to be noisy and smoky when busy.

We truly enjoyed our visit here. We were not visiting to see the commercial side of Branson, rather the outdoor beauty. We had made reservations online. Arrived around 8 pm and the office was still open, you will need to check-in with the park. We stayed in campground #2. There is a lovely paved trail around the lake that goes by some beautiful picnic areas and continues to a visitor center. The path goes 2.2 miles each way and is great for pedestrians and bikers. The marina is lovely, though you cannot swim around the marina. Note that there was a severe storm while we are here. The marina is currently closed due to damages. I had initially been disappointed that we did not have trees in our campsite...however, after this severe storm, I was grateful. Many trees fell in the storm and one fell on our neighbors fifth wheel. Thankfully no tragic damage. There is a small laundry room at campground 2, as well as bathrooms and showers. We had a nice concrete pad, lantern hook, fire pit and full hook-ups. Very close to Branson and College of the Ozarks. We heard their restaurant at the college was amazing, but did not get to try it. I suggest keeping the emergency info map they give you at check-in...it was very useful during the storm and power outage. There is plenty of availability in April.

Other reviews accurately describe the campground so I am going to cover my experience with cell coverage.

Verizon - The best connection with 8 Mbps up & down.

AT&T - The second best with 8 Mbps down & 3 Mbps up.

T-Mobile - No connection.

WiFi - It is offered and did work at 3 Mbps down & 0.2 Mbps up. The poor upload speed could have been the distance from the WiFi access point.

Wooded sites. 30 & 50 amps sites. We are only 24 ft, but saw several large rigs pulling cars with plenty of parking space. Older campground, but clean. Spaces all paved. Some spaces are extremely close together, so beware of reserving online. We showed up Friday afternoon at 3:30pm and had several first come, first serve spaces to choose from. Selected a space right next to the FANTASTIC walking trail that runs along the bank of Table Rock Lake. Absolutely beautiful! Old showerhouse, but new one under construction.

We stayed here for a week when we met up with some friends who live in Florida since this was roughly halfway between our two residences.

We found the park and campground to be clean and well maintained. The campground host was friendly and helpful. There is a large marina operated by Missouri State Parks within easy walking distance of the campground where you could purchase firewood and some other odds and ends if you forgot something.

There are two campgrounds here, and we stayed in campground #2, which appeared to be the better choice of the two.

Our campsite was mostly level asphalt pad but we did need to use one layer of the 'lego blocks' on a rear tire to achieve true level.

Our site was a full hookup site and the electric, water and sewer hookups all worked as expected.

I say this is 'Resort Style' because there is relatively little space between campsites and while there are plenty of trees around, they are all located around the perimeter of the campground and provided very little shade or seclusion from your neighbors.

In our case, where we booked two adjacent sites to visit with old friends, this worked out exceptionally. If we weren't traveling with others, we would have preferred campsites that offered more privacy.

There are modern latrine and shower facilities in campground #2 as well as laundry facilities offering two coin operated washing machines and two coin operated driers. We did run a load of laundry through and the machines worked as expected.

Since we were visiting with old friends, I didn't run any formal tests on the cellular data speeds, but with Verizon I had adequate coverage and bandwidth for email, texting and brief internet browsing.

NOTE: Over two years after TOMP's review below, there is still no signage indicating where to check-in. We were all set up in our campsite for close to 24 hours before the camp host told us we had to go to the campground office and register. Come to find out, we drove right by the unmarked 'cabin' which acts as the campground office on the way into the campground. I guess we should be grateful they didn't mark us as 'no shows' and double book someone else onto our site before we checked in ... but yeah ... the lack of signage is STILL a problem at this campground.

We’ve stayed at this campground numerous times over the years. We never even consider another campground when coming to the Branson area. There are only a few full hook-ups sites, so be sure to reserve in advance, especially if coming during peak times. The full hook-up section does feel a bit more like an RV park than a campground, but given the price, location, and proximity to the lake, we don’t mind. Our most recent site was right next to the playground, which the kiddos loved. Be careful if pulling a longer rig around the circle at the end of the full hook-up section: a multi-point turn may be in your future. There is WiFi, but don’t count on it. Shower house and laundry are new and very nicely done. Marina during summer time offers numerous activities on the water. Easy drive to Silver Dollar City, all the shows, Branson Landing, and more. Great family spot on Table Rock Lake!

Our site has full hookups 50 amp concert pads and table sets on concrete. Our 40 DP fit nice with plenty of room for two vechiles. The spots are very large. This site has a site that backs up to it a a angle that is close. That’s the only bad thing. There are tent camping sites with electric only. Close to the marina We ate at Cafe Bridges at the Marina food was great but a little pricey we will be back very nice place. Not too mention its very close to Branson and Silver Dollar City.
