“In the sunny Kinzua Bay”
This busy recreation area is located off of Kinzua Bay, the southern arm of the Allegheny Reservoir. It offers 65 family campsites each containing a picnic table, fire ring and tent pad. Various types of campsites are available including: waterfront, full hookups (electric, water & sewage), electric hookups and walk-to tent only. Campsite reservations are accepted (1-877-444-NRRS, or the website at http://www.recreation.gov). First come, first serve sites are also available. Other facilities include both flush and vault toilets, pressurized water spigots, hot water showers, trailer dump station, paved roads, self-service pay station and a bank fishing area. Amenities such as firewood, ice, interpretive services and 24-hour campground attendants are offered at the site. The North Country National Scenic Trail crosses State Route 321 one-eight mile south of the campground.
