Really had a fun time with just my husband and I. The employees were really vested and interested in the part of the cave they had information on. Fascinating how things like this naturally are developed and of course the ability to make them safe to visit for the rest of us was just an all around fun stop on our road trip.
This is a phenomenal natural landmark! The kids loved the tour and we all took a ton of pictures! The tour is worth the money, amusing and informative. They also have a beautiful section of land to walk around and explore.
I grew up nearby this landmark and it was always my favorite school field trip as a child. As an adult, I appreciate it even more. Great place for families to visit!
Super cute stop! This is in a beautiful country setting with picnic tables available in the parking lot for a rest.
We went with 4 adults and 2 kids (4 & 7). Everyone loved it! The cave is cold so being a jacket!
Guides were awesome!
Took about 45 mins for the tour. They have clean bathrooms and additional activities/photo ops.
Cave was really something
Not recommend for wide people. Some pathways are tight. You can tell it’s privately owned. Cost my husband and I $50 for a self guided tour in April on a Wednesday. Everything in gift shop is over priced.
Loved this place! Highly recommended!
The kids loved it but it isn’t nearly as long as you think it’s going to be to walk through especially if your kids don’t like to take their time and stop to appreciate things. Their were strategically placed employees at places to give information and explain what the formations were and how they formed. There was even a nice little surprise at the end of the cave system that adults and kids both enjoyed. It is a little higher priced for the amount of time you spend in the cave but as they’re trying to maintain it it is well within a decent price range. Gift shop is normal priced for a gift shop…. way too expensive but that’s how every gift shop every where operates so oh well. They take your picture right at the beginning and you can pick it up at the end but it is another $10 so plan ahead. You can rent a black light flash light for an extra $10 but they do require an id as collateral, even with that though it can give the littles a bit of fun seeing all the spots that glow. Overall the experience was fun for everybody so I would definitely recommend if you or your kids are cave/rock lovers.
Was a great place to visit! We had a group of 4 adults and we spent about 2 hrs there but you could easily do more if you have kids and did the kids activities
A great place to visit! Great for kids and adults. A couple times when the lights went out it was a little spooky but all in all it was a really fun time.
