No conveniences; we parked in the only? pull thru, which was a gravel, somewhat muddy space right at the front of camp ground. LOTS of full timers. Seemed safe enough but there was NOTHING to do.
It is a nice small park. The roads and pads are gravel and it was easy in and easy out. Cell phone service is good. (Both Verizon and ATT had 15mb+ download and at least 5 upload).
There isn't a lot to do here but if you need a place to stay in this area or even an over night this is a great place to stay.
There is a newer section near the horses which are always nice to look at. The park is across the street from a junk car lot but for the most part there are fences up that you cannot see thru.
I would stay here again without issue if I need a place to stay in the area.

Gotta traveling worker job, so don't know night rate. Monthly $351. $0.15/ kW. Propane fill is concierge style. This is a beautiful park with 100 channels of free cable, very good wifi, nice equipment and fair-sized lots with picnic tables. Strict rules about appearance and worth following. Very quiet and peaceful for someone who works all the time. Apparently there are other long term residents, but you cannot tell. Family Dollar, Dollar General, Food Lion and laundry are within two miles. Management bends over backwards to assist you. I feel fortunate to be here.

the price reflects the PA discount. The staff are helping, the grounds are level, a BBQ is provided on the site and a private pergola is at our disposition. The city is not far away with shopping and two State Parks nearby for hiking.

Price reflects PA discount. We stopped here overnight when traveling I-85. Park is clean, well maintained, and well landscaped, especially in the section of pull-through sites which are big-rig friendly and have full hookups, gas grills, wifi, and free cable.
Most other sites appear to be long-term rentals, and they are well kept sites. The only downside I saw to this campground is the lack of showers.

This was our second overnight here. It's a great park close to interstate. Lots of long-term residents, but special row for overnights. Each site has full hookups, a picnic table, gas grill, and exterior lighting. Self-serve check-in after communicating with owner via phone and text. Love the sites facing the big horse pasture, with covered seats to sit and watch. The only thing lacking is a bathhouse.
