The Bike Inn

In the heart of Bentonville (as in…don’t expect to be in a quaint forest in seclusion). The Van/class B/Class B+ spots are perfect if you want to be near all Bentonville has to offer. The property was recently renovated and well maintained. Community fire pit with wood, large grill with propane, fun outdoor shower, bike repair tools and bike wash are super cool. You’re kinda close to your neighbor, but after a fun days of riding you’re to tired to even notice. Laundry facility is nice. Maybe the only con is the bathroom is a port-a-pottie, but it seems to be serviced regularly. Verizon 5G service.

This is a real hip camp type experience with nice landscaping, a lounge for guests, showers, etc but your van site is just a tight gravel space with a plug. No dump, no water at site. Owners was converting van spaces to tiny houses when we were there and overlooked that renovations had left our reserved spot with no power outlet. After a scuffle about that, we got moved over one and everything fine. Close to Crystal Bridges off a very busy highway. They've put a lot of money and energy into making this older motel into something that serves the "new" Bentonville but I'd have enjoyed a picnic table and some shade along with the great wifi.
