Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on October 22, 2023The staff was very friendly and we were guided to our site when we arrived. The grounds are well maintained and the sites are mostly level. Unfortunately, there are no amenities, not even a simple play set. The lake next to the campground is a separate fee and closes on Labor Day so we were unable to enjoy the grounds and activities there. Town is just a few minutes away with a few restaurants and a grocer but if you want more than burgers or pizza you’ll have to go into Dunn, Fayetteville or Raleigh.

We plan to stay here in last minute after learning they cheaper than hotel. We’ve been around NC looking for home and staying hotel that too expensive and nasty we decided to stay in RV and this place came up first in my search that offers everything we needed. 30 amp, water, electric and sewage no wifi but our hotspot gets a lot of bar to access our work. The park is very quiet. There is separate storage for RV or you can stay in RV. You can have longer stay. My husband and I staying for a month and we are so happy to find place like this because of quietness of the place. Theres no other things to do around this park but if you are here for short and longer term and want a quiet place this is a good spot. 19 mins is downtown. Few people but big stores and nice restaurant. Its pretty amazing over here. We are located in entryway and in front of us there is a play area for kids. Don’t worry about it because Few kids and rarely go there still everyone is quiet.

Its just like a rv park. Most people that in here are long term living here. They have a lake and they put a sand in it too look like a beach but still look boring. It was dusty. Every time a vehicle drive by our site all the dust goes inside our trailer. No trees nothing to see and its loud because they still working on the place. Worse part is they disturb our privacy every time we left in our site they’ll visit it and keep asking about what we are there. The only good thing is cheap for a month.

A playground area has been built and it looks like they’re building a rec center or laundry/bathhouse. If it’s dry, it can get dusty. Lots of long term renters. Short term renters are parked at the front, so all the traffic drives by your site. There’s lots of space between sites but it’s very sparse and only a few trees. Basically a large parking lot. Considerable noise from hiway and some train noise. FHUs at each site but no pull throughs. It appears this park was recently built. Once they’re done and they plant some trees and some grass grows in it’ll be nicer, but until then…
