Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on November 30, 2023We arrived after dark and it was difficult to see the campsite numbers there were no lights or reflective markings showing the site numbers. Site 36 was a nice pull-through, on grassy gravel, not near the highway so road nice was not too bad. Campground was empty because it was the end of November. Paid $40 cash, which I thought was a little high for November. We had electric 50amp and sewer (water was turned off). Didn't use the sewer no water to clean the hose. Only a few seasonal campers. Didn’t use the bathrooms. Don was great with communication.

We stayed at Wyatt's Hideaway Campgound over the July 4th weekend, so it was booked solid. The sites were a bit closer than I prefer, but most had very mature trees with plenty of shade. Wyatt was a nice man, happy to provide any info you need about the area, and always working around the campground. We attempted to make an inquiry about a reservation via the website, but ended up calling ahead of time. He assured me he'd have a spot with full hookups for our 30' Airstream. However upon arrival, tried to say he never would have said that because he only has "one spot" left. He led us to that spot, which was perfectly fine for our stay. But throughout our stay there was always one empty site next to us that met the same specifications. Also, his rate seems to be negotiable. He required we pay $5 extra per night, assuming it was from the holiday weekend, than what's posted on his website. Our Verizon cell coverage was ok, but wifi was very slow at night. We did not use the bathhouse. There is a train track immediately off the campground, which is extremely loud when a train comes by. We only noted a couple per day, all during day time hours. There is also a large creek on property. Not sure we would stay there again, mainly due to how close the campsites were, and there are other options in the area.

I’m not sure what the single night rate is but monthly it’s $750 for myself and my dog. It’s mid October and the bathhouse is closed down for the season. There’s water, electric, and sewer. If you’re in the right spot there’s WiFi. If you don’t want the water spigot provided at the site to freeze, you’re told that you need to heat trace and insulate it at your own expense. The campground is conveniently located between a highway and an active railway, and yes, the trains blow their horns as they ride through the camp ground. In my opinion, this is a $300/month site.

After a long drive we were looking for a place to rest. This was the first park we came across. We pulled in and while we were searching the net for info the owner walked up to our coach. We made a deal that we would pay $30.00 cash. A discount because the washrooms were closed. There were very few units in the park which was good as the sites are very close together. We chose 21. It was a 30 Amp pull through. It was level, gravelled and plenty long and wide enough for our opposing slides. We were quite happy that we stumbled upon Wyatt's except the internet signal was terrible and the cell service was only one bar so our Mifi didn't work well either We would return if in the area though. We camped at Wyatt's Hideaway Campground in a Motorhome.

Very large Campground catering to campers from the solo tenter to the behemoth RV. Lots of trees for shade and nice sized, grassy sites. I expect it is very busy during the Sturgis rally, but it was very peaceful and uncrowded during our stay. It is beside a highway and there was road noise during the day, but very quiet at night.

This park is under new ownership and everyone seemed really nice. They offer a 10% discount for week stays but don't have a weekly rate which is why we didn't stay longer. The showers are very nice. They have 2 washers and 2 dryers for $2 each. The spots are all very long and we had plenty of room for our 5th wheel and truck. There are several shaded spots and a handful without shade. We picked a spot without trees so we could use our starlink. The only complaint I have is that for a park out in the middle of nowhere, there was alot of road noise. Overall great park

Not a bad park. Dirt roads, long gravel sites, with grass patios between RVs. Sites are jack & Jill, so you face your neighbor. There’s a stream that runs along the southern portion of the park, (the tent area). Each site comes with a fire pit and picnic table. Children’s playground equipment appears recently purchased. No enclosed pet area. The park can be noisy with trains running along one side, and the highway on the other. Bath and laundry are decent. Wash & dry are $2 each. Surprised me that a park as nice as this with 82 sites only had 12-16 RVs on a holiday weekend. Must be the cost, when there’s an almost identical park up the road in town much cheaper. Rate posted is with taxes included.

We were one of six rigs in the park, which has some very nice trees. There looks to be some deferred maintenance. We were uncomfortable with the fact that the bathrooms are open, with no way to lock the exterior doors..
We didn’t realize there were options to that park, and would probably look a little further, if we were in the area again.
