Confirmed by 4 users | Last reported on November 16, 2022Bentonville, Arkansas, is an up and coming travel destination packed with entertainment for all ages. Outdoor activities, great art, a foodie scene, and more can all be found in this quaint small town. We wanted to stay a few days and explore all that Bentonville had to offer and found this great little RV park.
Blowing Springs RV Park is also known as Bella Vista Village RV Park. It is a private park, open only to members of the property owners' association and Good Sam members. The sites themselves aren't much since the park is basically a parking lot with full hook ups; however, what makes this park special is the surrounding community park.
This park is in the middle of Blowing Springs Park, which is chock full of mountain biking and hiking trails. The hillsides of this park surround the RV spots.
There are no other amenities other than this park, but our family really enjoyed our stay. The free WiFi was blazing fast while we were there, and the shower house was very clean. We like being close to the conveniences in the small town of Bella Vista.
If you're planning a visit to the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art or any of the other awesome places in Bentonville, check out this park.

The attraction here is not the campsite as it is just a parking lot with hookups. Out the back of the campsite the view is of the bluffs that surround the park which is beautiful.
The reason to come is too ride the mountain bike trails including the nearby Back 40 & Slaughter Pen trails. Also there is Crystal Bridges Museum which is mostly free sponsored by Walmart.
Verizon had 3 bars and the best speed 20+ up & down.
AT&T had 2 bars but good speeds....a bit slower than Verizon.
T-Mobile had 1 bar and wasn't useable.
I would definitely come back.

If you are planning to visit Bentonville, Arkansas or anywhere in Northwest Arkansas - this is the RV Park for you. Also, if you are looking for some amazing mountain biking - this RV park is for you.
This is located in Bella Vista which is just a few miles north of Bentonville and just a few miles south of the Missouri border.
Getting here was pretty easy and yes, it is basically a long parking lot with a bunch of back-in RV sites, it is perfect for what we needed. We had 50amp solid power, sewer connection as well, and really nice laundry ($1 wash / $1 dry) and bathrooms.
This is located at the trailheads for a bunch of amazing mountain biking and hiking as well.
We were about 30 minutes from Fayetteville but only 10 or so from Bentonville.
We wish there was a specific playground for kids - but we understand that is the purpose of the outdoors stuff. There were some playgrounds near by at other parks.
The Wifi worked pretty well, but was a bit off and on.
We look forward to coming back sometime.

We don't normally give it out five star reviews but this place earned it. RV park in the middle of trees and rock hills on both sides. Perfect location for active individuals. Mountain bike, walk the dogs, hike or trail run right outside your door. WiFi was strong enough to work from and stream video. Laundry was $1 a load. Bathrooms with showers nearby. Tent camping is steps away.
RV spots we're almost level and are gravel. Section behind the RV was grassy for the furry family member.
They are doing lots of improvements to this park. After memorial day another section of RV spots will open with full hookups. (Previously were water/electric only).
The only thing that would make this place better is if they offered cable. Cox Cable was wired to our spot, if we'd had a box we would have been able to have service.
Here's what you need to know about staying in this park. The town was originally scoped to be a retirement community. If you do not own property in BV you can only stay in the park for 14 days at a time. Property owners get discounted rates and are allowed to stay much longer.

Super convenient location in Bella Vista. The sites are paved and gravel but close together. There is plenty of greenspace with access to trails and a quant Creek that runs through the park. Will definitely come back. Bathrooms and showers are very clean.

This RV park is basically a parking lot with hookups. The nathroom and ahower facility had great hot water and was clean. Laundry $1 a load to wash and $1 to dry. Need quarters, as no change machine was available.
Mountain biking and hiking right from the park!
They were almost full on Monday and Tuesday and completely full on weekend. May want to make reservations.

RV sites are just a paved parking lot. Tent sites have very little privacy. Shower house is clean and comfy. Great access to take a dog walking in the shaded woods or roller skate on the Greenway or hop into some bike trails. Firewood for sale but not ice. Just about 1 mile away is a great grocery store called Allen's.
Easy access just off US-71 with paved roads, gravel pads, picnic table & a fire ring. Perfect location to access one of the MTB trailheads and also the greenway. Great natural area at the trailhead with picnic area, little waterfall feeding the streams that run through the RV park. I think the front half of the sites also get cable.

Stayed late Aug 2021. Saw this place in a YouTube video from some full-timers we follow so we knew it was just a parking lot but the location was great with nearby trails and easy access to Bentonville. Facilities were clean and wireless wasn't too bad. Only trouble was getting someone in the office (short hours) to pay the balance of our fee. They say check in time isn't until 3 PM and we got there about 4:50 PM and they were already closed saying to stop in the morning AFTER 10 AM. Had to call several times while in the area to finally get someone to pick up. All was well in the end but just be prepared. The cave spring up up past the tent area was nice and cool.

This campground is all about the location. If you are looking to ride the NWA trails then this is the best camping spot. It's basically a parking lot with as many campers as possible crammed in. Not much space between sites. The bathrooms are old but clean. I would stay here again for the great trail access. The wifi is zoom-worthy most of the time.
