Bailey's Hot Springs with crystal clear water is in Southern Nevada, five miles north of Beatty on U.S. Highway 95, and very civilized.A former railroad depot built in 1906, there are now three large private antique bath houses available by the hour. Bailey's is open seven days a week, all year long from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

This is a great place to stop on way through on Route 95. The hot springs are lovely - nice and clean and a fantastic way to relax & unwind from the drive. The owners are really friendly, nice people. The views are amazing and great to watch the sun go down. Just north of Bratty so very remote but a great little stop.

Talked to the owner today. He needed a new septic system and the state has been dragging it’s feet (for two plus years) on a permit. Then said, oh by the way. we have now decided this is a flood plain. So no permit EVER.

The state wants this land for it’s own purposes. So we have lost another RV park to the red tape brigade.
