This is a parking lot with a few back in spots that have electrical. Don't worry about your rig size as there was tons of room to turn around and back into each spot. You have to go down to the Inn to register and pay after you park.
I'm mainly writing the review because we want people to know that there is virtually no cell service here, even with a booster. We barely had enough signal to talk on Verizon and ATT let alone load the directions out of there.
If we didn't have to work during the day, we would stay here. It's very convenient to get into the park and there was a cute little restaurant you could walk to.

The lot behind the gas station in Baker belongs to the Stargazer Inn and while it’s nothing much to look at, it has full hookups, decent wifi, plus cheap laundry and a clean bathroom with shower! Only downside was a few lights and the lot having dried grass with sharp seeds. Was a great spot to hook up while at GBNP. Staff generous and friendly.

This is a very unusual RV Park. It’s just a few spaces behind a gas station. It’s a gravel lot with lots of weeds and full hookups. I read other reviews so knew what to expect. There are no signs anywhere the sites don’t even have numbers on them. From the other reviews I knew to call the Stargazer Inn to make reservations although it probably wasn’t necessary as we were the only RV here last night our only company was a guy on a motorcycle who pitched a tent. We hooked up to 50amps, the power is good and there are restrooms with showers and a laundry room. All were very clean. The ladies at the Stargazer were very nice and helpful and what an interesting little store they have. We had good AT&T coverage. We were able to stream TV and make phone calls.

Easy to access, close to the National park, lots of room, beautiful view of the mountains.
Check-in at Stargazer was easy. We felt welcome and enjoyed the conversation.
Try the burritos across the street, delicious.
Gas station right there made it easy to hit the road in the morning.
Suggest a couple signs to explain check-in and add a couple trash cans.

As I frequently write in my reviews there appear to be two types of RVers. 1-those that need an RV Park and 2-those that don’t mind a level gravel area with 50amp power.
We are the second.
We appreciated the easy access, the sewer dump station, the 50amp power. The view of the basin, the mountains, and the incredible stars were a bonus.
Is it overpriced? Perhaps. But you are moments from a National Park and an interesting Pueblo archeological site, all with days of interesting areas to explore.
We also found the Bristlecone store to carry unique food and gift items, sell delicious coffee, and have a wealth of advice.
If you need an RV park pass up this town. If you are here for adventure this is a great place to camp.

It’s a large gravel lot behind a gas station with 6 full hookup sites. That’s it. No picnic tables or shelters of any kind. There is a small unheated building with 2 bathrooms/showers and a washer and dryer ($1.50 each). There’s also a separate dump station. The infrastructure isn’t well maintained but, seems to work. The gas station and RV park are owned by the Baker Ranch. Reservations and cleaning are handled by the Stargazer Inn (not affiliated with Baker Ranch) a couple blocks down the street. The park is very close to Great Basin National Park, 10 minutes away. Very little road noise. Easy in and out. Can handle very large rigs.

For our one night stay it was fine. But BE AWARE- if it’s dark skies you seek, the spots are right behind a 24/7 gas station who’s lights do not turn off. While we still got a great night sky, we had to maneuver our Jeep to try and block out some of the artificial lights (spoiler alert, didn’t work entirely). Constant light pollution right in your back yard. Wish there was some kind of warning for us as this is why we came to Great Basin (going into the park definitely would offer relief from the lights, but it was too lake my the time we realized).
