The way we see it, our people are just as important as the food we serve. A sense of humor, grace under pressure and an intense love of food are requirements for our staff and our friends. Our staff’s ability to share a vision in serving our guests is the cornerstone of our kindred spirit. You’ll often find us sharing a drink at the end of the bar or fighting over tastes of the current night’s specials before service.
