An Oakwood Worldwide representative will contact guest upon receipt of reservation confirmation to complete the booking process and obtain signed paperwork. A guest lease agreement with credit card authorisation must be signed and returned to Oakwood prior to arrival and release of keys. Guest is subject to cancellation policy and penalties as outlined in the property details. No early departure is allowed. Extension requests must be approved in writing by the property.
