Pay a visit to the 45 x 90 Geographical Marker site and join the official 45 x 90 Club. This unique spot is halfway between the Equator and the North Pole, a quarter of the way around the planet, and halfway between Greenwich Meridian and the International Date Line. Proclaimed "The Center of the Northwestern World" in the early 1970's, the site was renovated in September of 2017 and includes a crushed gravel pathway lined with woods and a corn field, that leads visitors to the marker, approximately 1,000 ft from the road. A new bronze marker has been placed on the exact intersection of 45 x 90.
