A real “Find”. Quiet and peaceful week days but we were told gets packed with families on summer weekends. We were happy to stay in our small tent on one of their many grassy and shady “Primitive camp sites” between the ponds & easy walk to a pavillion with squeaky clean restrooms & showers. Sites have good tap water, power, picnic tables & 1-2 fire rings. There are also big open fields and forest camp sites further back & down hill if you really want to get away. Very friendly staff. Heather is owner but her parents help maintain the grounds. This is a big RV resort as well with dozens of hardsides that apparently stay from April through October. Others rent monthly. However they are far from the tent and cabin areas. Swimming, bosting & fishing - I did see trout in the recommended swimming pond. A 15 min drive N from I-72 but well worth it as we cross coast to coast.

What a wonderful camp ground. We needed a place to stay for the evening and were able to book this the same day on Wednesday before Memorial Day. Very scenic with pretty good tree cover. ~ 8 miles from the freeway. But it was easy to find and get to the location. We were extremely impressed with their Restrooms/Shower facility, very clean and had a sunken shower pan to keep the shower water in the shower. Also the restroom / showers were very roomy, and private. The best we’ve ever encountered while camping. The host apologized for the noise from the cicadas :>)
I’ll rate Starlink coverage here: we were able to get enough clear view for use of our Starlink. Some site will be restricted due to the tree coverage.
