The construction goes from 7:30am til 6:00pm dust and a whole lot of beeping, the only good part was the cement pads in which there's about a 8-inch gap and the wifi. Good luck but I would suggest looking for another park for peace and quiet.

We are full-timers in a 36 ft Class A with a Cherokee Trailhawk tow and needed a place to dump, do laundry, take on fresh water and visit Jackson Hole and GTNP after a week of boondocking outside of Pinedale and this place fit the bill. We would have liked to be closer to Jackson Hole, but pickins are slim in the area and things book up quickly. This is a new CG and is still under construction, as they have been delayed due to concrete shortages and many of the sites have uneven surfaces around the parking pad, so be careful. Construction noise wasn’t quite as bad as previously noted while we were there. And as others have said, since this isn’t a “resort” yet, it would have been nice if they offered a lower rate until construction is finished. It does look like it will be a nice CG when finished. We stayed in site 30 for 5 days in late July. The sites all looked very level and are decently sized for a private CG. There is a little road noise from US-89, but not excessive. AT&T coverage was good, ranging from 2-3 Bars of LTE with service up to 8.5 MB/s. The CG WiFi was also quite good, with antennas spaced every other site with speeds up to 7.5 MB/s. We were able to get DISH coverage on all three western satellites at our site. There were 7 OTA channels to be had with our fixed omni antenna.
There is a nice, new, large grocery store right next door, but their liquor selection is rather limited. There is also a nice, new hot springs, Astoria, between Alpine and Hoback Junction.

Way too much watering and wet grass. Hard water spots all over truck and trailer. Soggy grass outside the door always. Lots of unfinished construction all over the park. Location is great. Nice grocery store and coffee place next door. Maybe in a few years when they give up on the grass and soggy mess and put down pea gravel or something it will be okay. Not so right now.

Okay… yes the watering schedule is a bit of a pain on the new sod but otherwise it’s a very nice new resort RV park. They have some great plans for future amenities to build and implement. I understand being open and acquiring funds toward future improvements. The sites are beautiful with ample room between them. Nicely landscaped and with the trees so young? The lawns add a bit of coolness without shade. They have a laundry room with 6 washer/dryers at 2.50 wash & 2.00 for a 45 minute dry. They have very clean restroom/shower trailer throughout the park. The view over the convergence of the Greys and Snake River at the Bridger National Forest is beautiful. Easy access to miles and miles of ATV trails. A very nice grocery store right next door with a gas station. Large gas station with dump station across the the street. It is adjacent to the highway but the highway is pretty quiet at night, and most sites are quite a ways away from the highway. I’m excited to see how it develops over the next few years. I do feel the price is high for the current amenities available. WIFI is EXCELLENT btw!

Nice and clean. A lot of rules. Staff was great. Would have been better if 3 of the 9 bathrooms were not closed. Poor design should put toilets in one building and the showers in another. Hard to go to the bathroom in the Morring with all the people taking a shower.

Probably the best, most well kept and helpful RV park. However they were very expensive and had extra charges for almost every infraction.
This park was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The sites were perfectly level and the park as a whole was immaculately maintained! The restroom and laundry facilities were clean and easily accessible from our site. We were in a paved site that backed up to gorgeous views of the Snake River. Being able to leave from and return to the campground for our whitewater rafting trip was also a huge plus! We would definitely stay again if back in the area.
