“nestled across the rolling hills of Arkansas”
A blanket of trees sweeps across the rolling hills and mountains that surround this RV park, making this a scenic stop that's especially glorious in the fall. This quiet Ozarks campground offers long pull thru sites with cable TV, Wi-Fi and the equipment and place to wash your rig. Relax at the pond with your fishing pole, take a paddleboat ride and feed the friendly ducks. Swim in the saltwater pool or lay out and tan. A playground and basketball court add to the fun. Fort Smith National Historic Site showcases 80 years of America's westward expansion and includes the remains of two frontier forts. Bird-watchers like the walking trails along the Arkansas River. Shop Victorian Van Buren's crafts or antiques and ride the Scenic Ozark Railway. Attractions include a Civil War cemetery, golf courses, wineries, a trolley ride. Coming to Fort Smith in the near future is a Marshal's Museum, personally I can't wait . Two casino's are close by. Be sure to add this campground to your stop and stay list. See you SOON!

This RV park has not seen an upgrade in a very long time. But, don’t take that the wrong way it is clean and everything was open.
With being an older park it is tight on the turns as well as the sites. We only stayed one night as we were just traveling through.
We had read some concerns on the staff from other online reviews. We booked over the phone and the lady taking the booking didn’t come across with the warmest conversation but to be fair we were on a cell phone and they are not always the easiest to hear credit card numbers over. When we arrived we couldn’t have been greeted by a nicer person. She was helpful and changed our site when we mentioned we would be using a satellite dish to make sure we would have no issues.
The overall reason for the 3 star is the fee is in line for some of the better parks with complete amenities. The park has pool and park for the kids but it is returning to time long ago. We would stay again if traveling through the area.

Motorhome. Stayed in lower area. First site unable to level. Moved over one spot. After some time was able to level. All these sites had well used/ dirty outdoor furniture, most covered heavily with cobwebs. Had to bring out own chairs to sit outside. Small pond with rotted out dock. Wifi 2.4G We had a pull thru. Did not use facilities so cannot comment on them. Pool was in use and did look clean. We are used to staying in close quarters, but filthy and this price just NOT ok. I did take pictures but I'm not going to bother posting them. Just believe me!

We stayed in a Winnebago Solis- class B. The staff were extremely friendly, the sunset was beautiful. The park was quite empty in mid November. RV spots appeared to be mostly level, but the park is older, so big rigs may need to check their levels. Some spots are paved. Ours was gravel and we slept in a slight incline
The bathhouse is in clean “maintained”condition, although outdated and slightly cramped.
Major drawback- the park has a dump station but it’s in a very tight area. I wouldn’t want to pull my big rig down there. Also When we attempted to use the dump station, it was “full” and the water that we were dumping (fortunately only sink water) back flowed all over the road.
I would not recommend using this dump station.
Overall a quiet park, but certainly older and innneed of a facelift

Stayed here on our way to California in our 43ft 5th wheel. Turns were a bit tight but doable when you turn wide. Finding the entrance was a bit tricky since there’s a church right in front. Lots of shade from the trees and no height issues. Overall a nice little park.

The sites are fairly close together, typical of a KOA (which this once was).
The grounds are decently maintained, and it looks like they have a nice swimming pool.
The picnic table is in poor shape. The spot was fairly level, but it’s not a concrete or gravel pad.

Sites unlevel. Large boulders(2) on patio side. Hard to manuever 38’ trailer around them. Nice shade trees and pond. Dog area looks nice.
Park could use a little TLC.

We arrived after a rainy day. Our site was flooded. We had to park on the picnic table pad to keep out of the water. The hook ups were on the other side of the flooded area so our electric cord was under water to get to the electric box. All other sites in the park were dry. Avoid site B3 on rainy days!

Pulled in after 6pm so used overnight registration. Super easy and fast process, easy to tell what was available. Campground is beautiful. Wish we could stay and enjoy it longer.
What a beautiful park! Managers super friendly and perfect for those traveling with dogs. There isn’t an enclosed dog park but acres of fresh cut green grass to take your pets. Only staying here 2 nights but would love to just hang out here in the peace and quiet.
