The office closes from 12-2 every day. Shoot for a spot in the middle of the park, where there’s shade. Some of the outside edges are in the open. The spots are all nice level concrete pads.

We have been traveling this month of oct/ nov, from the NW to the Carolina's and down to N Florida. Staying at rv parks and dry camping and Albany rv resort had the best, cleanest restrooms/showers I've used. Bravo.
The rv spots were level, with clean power and water.
I must mention that the phone reservations and check-in process were quick and flawless.
Highly recommend this park.

Our first impression about Albany RV Resort was very pleasant. The site was clean, spacious, and nicely shaded. The only back draw that we noticed on the first day of our arrival was the proximity of our Site #12 to the road. The road was very busy and noisy. Unfortunately, this campground has a lot of rules, which are not stated on their website. According to their rules, dogs are not allowed to be left in a pen unattended, which is absolutely fair. BUT when we arrived and set up the pen for our dogs, we got a notification to remove it with the police delivery. Not fair. So, we obviously did not like this campground. Not coming back. The whole story is on our video on our YouTube channel – Summertime RV Rovers “RVing Through Georgia: Part1 - Albany & Pine Mountain RV Resorts.”

We had such an amazing time at this campground. The staff including Jennifer and others were super helpful and you can tell the family takes pride in their place. The cell phone signal at the location allowed me to work and the travel to the hospital for my wife was a quick and easy drive.
The campground is fairly quite with the occasional ambulance sirens due to the EMS station being nearby but it isn't overly loud. Plenty of places to get groceries and gas near by with a Sam's Club having the best prices for gas in the area usually.
Laundry facilities feature two washers and two dryers and the pricing is very reasonable. The showers and other facilities are really clean and can tell they are disinfected often.

Close to highway so I used a fan for white noise. Otherwise, this spot is perfect! VERY clean and well maintained. Level, staggered pads, with lots of room. This is now our stop over spot when heading west.

The price above reflects a weekly rate.
Albany RV Resort has a pond for fishing with ducks, a dog walk with several dog bag stations and a small, fenced, off leash dog area.
The sites are mostly pull through with cement pads. They are nicely separated with trees in between. There is plenty of room at each site. The entire park is very dark at night, which is wonderful for seeing stars. There are several signs stating the park is 100% under video surveillance, so I felt safe here.

I phoned ahead to reserve a space at Albany RV Resort a day earlier and was offered an "easy in, easy out" space since we were only staying the night. Check-in was easy and friendly. Also, great advice was given on a great local market nearby and where to by a small item for my Airstream (next door, actually).
A lot of this park is occupied by individuals coming to the Albany area for work opportunities. Their RV units (mostly 5th wheelers) were well keep.
Cell service was good, but since the park provides free wi-fi and cable television I didn't rely much on cell service. The pads were level concrete with gravel approaches and good connections.
Earl and I would stay here again if passing through.
