Pahranagat National Wildlife Refuge is located just south of the town of Alamo, NV. The Preserve includes two lakes, including marsh land, which is great for wildlife and bird watching. The minimally developed campground is located along the bank of the upper lake.

It's in a pretty remote and isolated part of the state, which is perfect for uninterrupted UFO-spotting and stargazing.
24 Sep 2021 - The lower lake is closed for campers and vehicles. The upper lake has quite a few spots.
