Glissman Lodge Rental

All-season lodge sleeps up to 8; with fully equipped kitchen; two bathrooms; deck with panoramic view; 7.5 acre pond on 60 acres. This 62 acres of prime land was donated to the Dallas County Conservation Board by Hans Glissman in 1991. Hans was aware that the conservation board’s philosophy of land acquisition was to preserve, enhance and protect the land through various resource management techniques such as forestry and wildlife practices. Hans wished to protect his land from land development and maintain its natural state so the partnership was a good fit for both.
