For our guests who are not familiar with the area - keep in mind that Orlando traffic can sometimes be unpredictable. Please allow yourself enough time to arrive for the scheduled tour time. Anyone who arrives later than your scheduled tour time will be considered a NO SHOW and won’t be able to receive a refund OR reschedule your tour. We do still paddle out in the event of rain, however if there are unsafe weather conditions, our team would make the decision to cancel the scheduled tour and issue a refund to the original form of payment or reschedule the tour. Our launch location is Dinky Dock in Winter Park. We launch from the sandy beach area at the bottom of the parking lot - look for the clear kayaks along the shoreline.
