We will overnight in St. Cloud on October 5th at the AmericanInn By Wyndham at 4385 Clearwater Road.
Depending on the time we arrive in St. Cloud, we will either visit the the Gardens on Wednesday or Thursday.
We will stay at Craguns three nights October 6 -October 9th. During this time we will take at least 2 scenic drives to view leaves--Paul Bunyan Scenic Byyway and the Gull Lake Tour. See enclosures. Depending on weather, we will golf at least one day if not two days.
Nisswa, Minnesota, United States
Nisswa is a quaint little town on our trip on the Paul Bunyan Scenic Byway. It definitely is a great place to shop. Most are on Main Street. In addition, we want to check out The Fun Sisters Up North, Meraki. Also need to include lunch at the Grandview Lodge.
On October 9th, Sunday we will head for home, we will need to stop in Nootzi's for breakfast on our way. It is 1 1/2 hours down the road so we will grab some coffee and take off.
We will take in our final leaf peeping splendor at Maplewood State Park. There is a half mile hike up to a lookout point on Halaway Hill. It overlooks all the Maples. We will also take the 5 mile scenic drive through the park. We will then take the trip home.
